Atomic Leisure understands the important roles that legislative bodies play to protect consumers and will always endeavour to comply with such legislation for the purpose of “fair-trade”.

All members of Atomic Leisure do not accept any responsibility (including negligence) for any possible omissions of data or information contained throughout the website. Atomic Leisure does, however, take as many avenues as necessary to reduce the potential of errors.

Atomic Leisure accepts no liability for injury or harm that occurs via use of the products being sold by the company. Any liabilities should be taken up with the manufacturer of the product except where injury or harm is a result of product misuse.

At no stage are any persons outside of Atomic Leisure authorised to reproduce, replicate or record this information without the express written approval of the Managing directors of Atomic Leisure.

Atomic Leisure does and will always endeavour to use as many precautions as possible to assist or alleviate such potential issues arising.

All purchases and trading conducted by Atomic Leisure is conducted in “good faith” and by invitation of sale, meaning that Atomic Leisure offers all product to sell via invitation and may, at any time accept or reject the offer of purchase by the consumer without explanation.

Atomic Leisure endeavours to conduct all of it’s business dealing in compliance to all legislation governing the operations of the business. Atomic Leisure believes in the value of “fair trade” and understands the importance of this from supplier, distributor and consumer perspective.

All payments and purchases are made in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

Atomic Leisure is a registered Australian business and listed with ASIC. Any use of Atomic Leisure web site or other channels of sale are conditional to acceptance of the terms and conditions listed by Atomic Leisure.

Atomic Leisure reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions at any time without notice. All terms and conditions will be posted on Atomic Leisure web site (www.atomicleisure.com.au) for consumer and trade reference.

All products contained on www.atomicleisure.com.au are only available to persons who are eligible to make legal contracts in accordance with Australia, state & territory government legislation. A contract is considered as being made once a sale has been paid for by the consumer.

At no stage will Atomic Leisure offer product for sale that has not been purchased by the company for the purpose of selling. If stock of the specified goods are delayed due to reasoning not controlled by Atomic Leisure, an alternative product with similar value, features and benefits will be offered in it’s place to ensure the customer receives an item of equal comparison or higher value to that advertised. The customer may then chose to accept or decline the offer, and are entitled to full refund of their money should they chose not to accept.

All prices advertised on www.atomicleisure.com.au are subject to change without notification. At all times, Atomic Leisure will endeavour to comply with all legislation governing consumer purchasing to ensure the consumer is treated respectfully and lawfully.

Atomic Leisure prices will vary due to sales & promotions of which start and ending dates will be provided.

Prices advertised on www.atomicleisure.com.au are inclusive of GST and full prices will be disclosed to the customer prior to their acceptance of purchasing their goods. GST is not negotiable and is taxed at the legislative rate of 10% of sale price.

There are no other taxes applicable, however should legislation change to include other applicable taxes, Atomic Leisure will ensure that at all times it endeavours to comply with legislation governing the business.

All deliveries are held on behalf of Atomic Leisure and, once paid for the goods and given to transport, the goods will then become the responsibility of the consumer. Atomic Leisure will always endeavour to ensure the consumer is assisted where possible should an unfavourable situation occur.

Delivery times are indicative only and Atomic Leisure will not be held responsible for delivery time not being adhered to by the courier companies. Atomic Leisure will always endeavour to ensure the consumer is assisted where possible should an unfavourable delivery situation occur.

Customers are entitled to coordinate their own delivery courier and can notify Atomic Leisure accordingly. Customers should understand that any delivery issues that arise from their own organised courier discharge Atomic Leisure from any liability.

Atomic Leisure will not allow refund or exchanges if the consumer “simply changes their mind” or for other reasons. Atomic Leisure will only offer and exchange, credit or refund if the product has a manufacturers fault and reserves the right to inspect the product prior to providing an exchange, credit or refund.

Atomic Leisure provides contact details on www.atomicleisure.com.au should any person not be able to effectively operate the web site. Any persons who do operate the web site are deemed to have been offered the resource of contacting Atomic Leisure for further assistance and as such accept full responsibility and consequential damages for their actions.

Consumer details are required by Atomic Leisure for the purpose of efficiency during the sale process. Atomic Leisure does not distribute, sell or refer consumer details to any other means excluding those needed for the express purpose of the sale only i.e. delivery companies.

Atomic Leisure can only control the information in it’s possession and does not accept any liability for any third party who uses consumer details. Atomic Leisure does however endeavour to only trade with companies who offer consumer security.
